When WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

Production on most items is 5 business days + shipping. Limited editions are typically 2–3 weeks + shipping. You can reach out with questions any time by emailing arts@pujakapur.com.

Can I pick up ORDERS at your studio in SAN FRANCISCO?

Yes, Original paintings and limited edition prints can be arranged to be picked up at my studio. However, all of my print orders are produced and shipped from my fine art printing partner in California. Due to the multiple size and style options I offer, I don't keep inventory at the studio. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Typically orders go into production the next business day, but sometimes same-day depending on the order time. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order by emailing arts@pujakapur.com.

Do you have a return/exchange policy?

I want you to LOVE your artwork! A no charge replacement or refund is offered for any quality issues or any damages during shipping. I may request photos of the damage or to have the order returned to me and would provide a return shipping label. For a refund or replacement, please contact by emailing arts@pujakapur.com.

What is the difference between a print and an original?

PRINTS: A print is a very high-quality reproduction of an original painting. My prints are created by taking very high-resolution photographs of my original paintings, and then printing them onto museum-quality, archival papers and other materials. My prints have digital signatures printed onto them.

LIMITED EDITIONS: A limited edition is typically hand-signed and numbered, personally by me. Sometimes limited editions have a very specific number of pieces produced, and sometimes they are limited by the amount of time I make them available.

SPECIAL EDITIONS: A special edition is a print without a limited quantity or timeline that is personally hand-signed, numbered or otherwise personalized by me.

ORIGINALS: An original painting is just that – a one-of-a-kind painting, done completely by hand by me, Puja. Original paintings vary in size and material.
