The inner stillness and regeneration of spirit evoked by nature, by the radiance of the sun, the mystery of the lunar bloom, the magic of the Grand Prismatic Spring, the biodiversity of the Costa Rican rainforest, the luminous reflections on lakes and oceans, the rhythmic dance between waves and the shore, the infinite vastness of the universe and how closely it resembles our inner universe in beauty, chaos, order and resilience.
